By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree please do not use our site or purchase our products.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.  However, we do not guarantee that all information is error free.  Colors and product appearances may vary slightly due to the screen settings. 

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products at any time.
• Limit quantities available for purchase.
• Correct pricing or description errors.

3.  Orders and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.  

• Payment must be completed at time of purchase.
• We accept payment online through our store.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

If your order is canceled by Stone Athletics you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel your order there is a 25% restocking fee.

4.  Shipping and delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly.  

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
•  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.  
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5.  Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  

• Returns are accepted with in 3 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee, once the return is received and inspected.  

6.  Warranty Disclaimer

Our batting gloves are designed for athletic use, but we do not guarantee they will be free from wear or damage.  All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind either express or implied, including:

• merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7.  Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Athletics, shall not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• use or misuse of our products
• Inability to use the website
• Delays or interpretations in service

8.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text and design is the property of Stone Athletics and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
