Shipping and Return Policy for stoneathletics.com
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday. We will make a priority to respond to all emails within 48 hours, please be mindful of that.
Stone Athletics is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect details will be the customer's responsibility. Stone Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen package. If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please not that once it's handed over to the shipping company, the package is in their hands. Stone Athletics will not refund or replace items in these cases.
- For orders of $300 or more, signature will now be required upon delivery!
If you choose to cancel an order once the shipping label has been printed, the shipping feel will NOT be refunded. If your order has already been brought to the shipping company, your order will not be canceled.
- Shipping Insurance Policy
Stone Athletics will provide insurance depending on the options you choose at checkout. Stone Athletics is not responsible for reimbursing the full value of the package. The reimbursement will be based on the claim assessment.
- Returns
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact info@stoneathletics.com, within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a picture, and a description of the issue. The item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns will be issued store credit. Please note store credit expires at the end of the year. Returned items must be in NEW condition with tags still attached.
Any orders that are placed and later requested to be canceled will incur a 25% cancellation/restock fee. If a shipping label has already been printed the shipping fee will not be refunded. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please note, if you forget us use a discount code for a percentage off your order, Stone Athletics is not responsible and will not issue a refund for the discount.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your return once Stone Athletics receives it. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Be sure to include a not with your package the includes your name, address, email and a description of your request.
